Rosemary Quinlan Rosemary has over 21 years experience in transaction and investment banking and has held a number of senior management roles with market leading banks including Citigroup and ABN AMRO. Prior to joining HSBC in 2006, Rosemary worked with ABN AMRO's transaction banking group, where she was responsible for managing a number of regional and product businesses, including Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before that, she spent 10 years in Citigroup's Transaction Banking business in Europe and North America. Rosemary is a member of the Institute of Directors and is a graduate of University College Cork, Ireland. |

Tony McDonnell Tony McDonnell is Head of Business Development in Ireland. As part of his role, Tony is responsible for Sales, Business Implementation, Client Relationship Management and Client Account Management. He also acts a Director of the administration company in Ireland. In addition to this, Tony is responsible for European Sales for the Alternatives sector, with a remit for growing the hedge, private equity and fund of hedge fund market segments across Europe. Tony joined Bank of Bermuda (acquired by HSBC in 2004) as Business Implementation Manager before becoming Head of Sales for Alternative Fund Services in Ireland. He later assumed responsibility for Client Relationship Management function before becoming Head of Business Development in 2006. Prior to joining HSBC, Tony held a variety of positions at Fortis Fund Services (Ireland) Limited and Norwich Union. He is a graduate of Dublin City University, with a Bachelor of Business Studies, specialising in Finance. |

Mark Synnott Mark is the Head of Custody responsible for delivering custody services to Traditional and Alternative clients. He joined HSBC Securities Services in 2005 and prior to taking up his current role was Head of Accounting & Valuations. Mark has 18 years experience in the funds industry having held a number of senior positions in the areas of Operations, Trustee and Custody with Barings, Deutsche Bank and Olympia Capital. A graduate of Liverpool John Moores University, Mark has an honours degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Business Studies. |

Ronnie Griffin Ronnie is responsible for the development and delivery of our trustee services to both traditional and alternative clients across Europe. Prior to his current role he was the Head of Custody & Trustee Services for Ireland. Ronnie is a committee member of the Irish Funds Industry Association - Trustee Committee for a number of years and was a previous Chairman of this committee. He joined HSBC in 2002 from KPMG where he specialised in providing financial services audit and advisory services to clients in funds management, banking, treasury, leasing and re-insurance areas. A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, he holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Finance) from Dublin City University and is a Qualified Financial Adviser. |

John Weedle John is responsible for the strategic direction and development of our global service. John is a Director of HSBC Securities Services (Ireland) Limited. Prior to this he was Head of Client Account Management responsible for all client segments until June 2009 and Head of Institutional Fund Services responsible for traditional fund services until January 2008. John was previously Head of Offshore Operations in Ireland and The Channel Islands from May 2002 to July 2004 and Managing Director for HSBC Fund Administration (Ireland) Limited from April 1999 to May 2002. Prior to joining HSBC in 1998, John worked in KPMG. He is a graduate of University College Dublin, obtaining a degree of Master of Accounting and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. |

Paul Ellis Paul has over 20 years financial services experience, focusing on the provision of asset servicing solutions to a broad universe of global investment funds. He has worked in a variety of senior operational, product development and client management roles while at KPMG, Fortis Fund Services, and SEI Investments prior to joining HSBC Securities Services ("HSS") in 2003. Paul is Regional Head of Product Strategy (Europe) with responsibility for developing and driving execution of comprehensive product strategies across the multiple client segments serviced by HSS in Europe. Paul is a member of the Alternative Investment Committee of the Irish Funds Industry Association (IFIA) and represents HSS Ireland with the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA). He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Trinity College Dublin and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. |
